Yes!  We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $65 or more (before taxes and after discounts, if applicable).

At this time, we ship within the United States only, including U.S. P.O. boxes where supported by the shipping carrier.

Yes.  Our products are handcrafted in small batches to help ensure freshness, consistency, and attention to detail.  

Yes.  All Celezzana Pet products are made without animal-derived ingredients and are never tested on animals.  

Absolutely.  We believe beautiful skincare should never come at the expense of animal welfare.  

Because we use naturally derived ingredients, slight differences in color, scent, or texture may occur from one batch to another.  These natural variations are normal and do not affect the quality or performance of the product.

Many conventional fragrances can be irritating to sensitive skin.  We choose gentle ingredients and, when fragrance is used, it is selected carefully to complement our formulation philosophy rather than overwhelm it.  

Store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.  Keeping containers tightly closed helps preserve freshness.

Yes.  Our balms contain natural oils and butters that can soften during shipping, especially in warmer climates.  This doesn't affect the products quality or effectiveness.  Simply allow it to return to room temperature before opening or using it.  

Many of our products are formulated for both dogs and cats. Please refer to the individual product page for species-specific recommendations and usage instructions. 

 Many of our products are suitable for young animals, but we recommend checking the individual product description or contacting us if you have questions about a specific product or your pet's age.

Our balms are intended for external use. Occasional licking after application is generally not expected to be harmful, but we recommend allowing the product to absorb before your pet has the opportunity to groom the area. If your pet ingests a large amount of any product or shows signs of illness, contact your veterinarian promptly. 

 If your pet has persistent itching, open sores, bleeding, swelling, foul odor, significant hair loss, pain, or signs of infection, it's important to consult your veterinarian. Cosmetic skincare products are intended to support healthy skin, not diagnose or treat medical conditions.  

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. 

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the product and packaging. We'll work with you to make it right.

As the founder of Celezzana Pet and a veterinarian, one of my greatest passions is helping pet owners better understand their pet's skin and coat health. While our products are thoughtfully formulated to support healthy skin, education is just as important.

Below are answers to some of the most common questions I hear from pet owners. I hope they help you feel more confident in caring for your pet and knowing when it's time to seek veterinary care.

Dry or rough paw pads can develop from walking on hot pavement, rough terrain, cold weather, low humidity, frequent exposure to water, or simply normal aging. In many cases, regular moisturizing with a pet-safe balm can help support healthy paw pads.

If you notice deep cracks, bleeding, swelling, limping, or persistent discomfort, it's important to have your pet examined by your veterinarian, as these signs may indicate an underlying medical condition.

Occasional paw licking is normal, especially after walks or grooming. However, excessive licking may be a sign of allergies, skin irritation, parasites, pain, anxiety, a foreign object between the toes, or an infection.

If your pet is licking constantly, develops redness, swelling, hair loss, or has a foul odor coming from the paws, a veterinary examination is recommended to determine the underlying cause. 

The answer depends on your dog's breed, coat type, lifestyle, and any skin conditions.

Many healthy dogs do well with a bath every 4 to 8 weeks, while active dogs or those who swim frequently may benefit from more frequent bathing with a gentle, moisturizing shampoo.

Bathing too often with harsh shampoos can strip the skin's natural oils, so choosing a mild cleanser is just as important as how often you bathe.   

 Flaky skin can have many causes, including dry skin, seasonal weather changes, low humidity, allergies, parasites, poor nutrition, hormonal disorders, or skin infections.

Occasional mild flaking isn't always cause for concern, but persistent dandruff or flakes accompanied by itching, redness, odor, or hair loss should be evaluated by your veterinarian.

 A dry nose isn't always a sign that something is wrong. Sleeping, warm weather, spending time in the sun, or aging can all contribute to temporary dryness.

However, if your pet's nose becomes cracked, develops sores, changes color, bleeds, or remains persistently dry, it's a good idea to schedule a veterinary examination.

Contact your veterinarian if you notice:

• Persistent itching or scratching
• Open sores or wounds
• Hair loss
• Red, inflamed skin
• Swelling
• Bleeding or crusting
• A foul odor
• Pus or discharge
• Pain when touched
• Skin changes that do not improve within several days

Early evaluation often leads to quicker diagnosis and treatment. 

Healthy skin starts from the inside out.

A balanced diet, routine grooming, parasite prevention, regular veterinary care, and gentle skincare products all play an important role in maintaining healthy skin and a healthy coat.

Keeping the skin clean, moisturized when needed, and avoiding unnecessarily harsh products can help support your pet's natural skin barrier.

Human skincare products are formulated for human skin, which differs from canine and feline skin in thickness, pH, grooming behavior, and sensitivity. Some ingredients that are perfectly safe for people may not be appropriate for pets.

Whenever possible, choose products that are specifically formulated for dogs and cats.

 Just like people, some pets benefit from additional moisture.

Environmental conditions, frequent bathing, aging, seasonal weather, and naturally dry skin can all contribute to dryness of the nose, paw pads, elbows, or other exposed areas.

A pet-safe moisturizer can help support the skin barrier and keep these areas soft and comfortable as part of a regular grooming routine.Generally, no.

It isn't always easy to tell.

Dry skin often appears as mild flaking or roughness without significant inflammation. Allergies are more likely to involve persistent itching, licking, redness, recurring ear infections, or chewing at the feet.

Because many skin conditions look similar, it's best to have persistent or worsening symptoms evaluated by your veterinarian rather than trying to diagnose them at home.
