Shipping, Returns & Customer Care!

 At Celezzana Pet, every order is prepared with the same care and attention that goes into formulating our products. We are committed to providing a smooth shopping experience and clear communication from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your door.

Shipping


Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only, including U.S. P.O. Boxes where supported by the shipping carrier.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday. We do not ship on Sundays or U.S. federal holidays.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, product launches, or periods of unusually high order volume. If your order will be significantly delayed, we'll notify you as soon as possible.


Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the destination and the most efficient shipping option.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $65 or more (before taxes and after discounts, when applicable).


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.


Warm Weather Shipping

Many Celezzana Pet products are handcrafted with natural plant oils, botanical butters, and waxes. During warmer months, products may soften or temporarily melt while in transit.

This is a normal characteristic of natural formulations and does not affect the quality, safety, or performance of the product.

If your product arrives softened, simply allow it to return to room temperature before opening or using.

Products that soften or melt during shipping due to warm weather are not considered damaged and are not eligible for refund or replacement.


Returns

Because our products are personal care and pet care items, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used for hygiene and safety reasons.

We gladly accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be unopened and unused.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Products must arrive in resalable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your original order qualified for free shipping and a return reduces the order total below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Sale, clearance, and promotional items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or we shipped the wrong item.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears to have been lost during shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please email us at pet@celezzana.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the shipping box and packaging (if applicable)

Please keep all original packaging until your claim has been resolved.

If we determine the issue resulted from shipping damage or an error on our part, we'll work quickly to replace the product or issue an appropriate refund.

While carrier delays are outside of our control once a package has been accepted for shipment, we're always happy to assist in resolving delivery issues whenever possible.


Exchanges

We gladly replace products when:

  • The wrong item was shipped
  • Your order arrived damaged
  • A product is defective

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll work with you to make it right.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Refunds are available for:

  • Shipping damage
  • Incorrect items shipped
  • Lost shipments determined to be the responsibility of the carrier or shipping process
  • Approved returns of unopened, unused products

Refunds are not available for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products purchased on sale or clearance
  • Allergic reactions or individual sensitivities
  • Products ordered in error
  • Changes of mind after products have been opened


Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to make a change?

We'll gladly modify or cancel your order before it has been fulfilled.

Once an order has been processed for shipment, we're unable to make changes or cancellations.

If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, we're happy to reship your order after additional shipping charges have been paid.

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address entered during checkout.


Product Information

Our human skincare products are intended for cosmetic use only.

Our pet skincare products are designed to support healthy skin and coat as part of routine grooming. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

If your pet has persistent itching, open sores, swelling, infection, or other concerning skin conditions, we encourage you to consult your veterinarian.
